2. Labor, Diagnostics, and Shop Services

Labor, diagnostic fees, inspection fees, shop supplies, and completed services are non-refundable once work has been performed. If there is a concern with completed work, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.

3. Parts and Accessories

Returns on eligible stocked parts or accessories must be approved by Modern Diesel Solutions and generally require the item to be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Approved returns may be subject to supplier restocking fees, shipping costs, or other non-refundable charges.

4. Special Orders and Custom Items

Special-order parts, custom parts, electrical components, programmed components, performance parts, installed parts, and opened items are final sale unless otherwise approved by Modern Diesel Solutions or covered by an applicable manufacturer warranty.

5. Deposits

Deposits are applied toward the final invoice. Deposits may be non-refundable once parts have been ordered, shop time has been reserved, or work has started. Any eligible refund will be reviewed based on the status of the order or service.

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Some parts may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty approval, replacement, labor coverage, shipping, and processing timelines are determined by the manufacturer or supplier. Modern Diesel Solutions can help review warranty options when applicable.

7. How to Request a Review

To request a refund or return review, contact Modern Diesel Solutions with your name, invoice information, part or service details, and the reason for the request. We will review the request and respond with the next available steps.
